zipBoard is on a mission to simplify design reviews using our cloud based creative and content review platform. We are growing and have a need for an experienced B2B Marketing and Demand generation professional.

You will be working with a small SAAS product company reporting to the CEO and responsible for creating a predictable revenue pipeline. You will come up with marketing and demand generation strategies to target mid-market and enterprise clients.

The company is headquartered in Vancouver with a remotely distributed team.

You will be creating marketing campaigns to increase new sign ups and demos, increase top funnel for different segments. As part of a small team, you will be wearing many hats and owning the lead generation processes.

You will learn and optimize on the B2B Marketing funnels, setting up the right messaging and channels for communication with prospects and customers.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience
• Ability to create marketing campaigns to deliver results
• Ability to create dashboards and create impact
• Good understanding of Hubspot to create, manage and optimize campaigns
• Ability to write content, emails, create design components , quick videos required to create campaigns
• Good collaboration skills to be able to work with external vendors, teams, clients, interns.

Requirements:

• Create marketing and demand generation strategies to bring qualified leads to the pipeline.
• Use data and metrics across platforms to measure impact, optimize and create new campaigns
• Understand ideal customer profiles and segment accordingly to build appropriate campaigns and messaging.
• Build repeatable, scalable processes for lead generation and management, segmentation and nurturing.
• Optimize buyer journeys and create multi channel campaigns .
• Identify content, messaging , channels for each ICP and refine and create high performing campaigns.
