The TELUS Commercial Marketing team is an entrepreneurial and engaged team responsible for bringing innovative commercial business products and services to market while delivering exceptional experiences in our sales journey for customers. Our goal is to ensure buyers are aware of our latest product and service offerings to support their business, and that our sales channels can articulate the value of our solutions to our customers.

We work with TELUS product, pricing and marketing teams, as well as external partners to build thoughtful marketing strategy from planning to campaign execution and reporting, to drive funnel-build activities.

Reporting to the Manager, Industry Solutions Marketing, we are seeking an entrepreneurial Commercial Marketing Manager who can leverage their marketing experience with creativity and analytical insights to develop an end-to-end marketing strategy and create campaigns that differentiate, elevate and promote TELUS Business industry solutions for our commercial segment.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy for TELUS Commercial Building Security and Multisuite solutions
  • Manage the end-to-end campaign process, from ideation to execution to reporting
  • Maintain a keen understanding of customers, the competitive landscape, market trends, technology, offerings, and our internal strategies and capabilities
  • Build strong working relationships with cross functional teams to understand and market upcoming product and pricing launches
  • Forecast and set up KPIs and targets for campaigns
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
  • Liaise with sales teams to monitor lead quality and funnel progress
  • Present plans and results to leadership teams

  • Ability to think strategically and manage several projects to enhance and elevate your portfolio
  • Team player and collaborator with the ability to build relationships with peers, cross-functional stakeholders and vendor partners
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with an ability to think critically, solve problems with facts and data, and propose creative solutions and recommendations to build sales funnel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with great attention to detail
  • Highly developed planning and organization skills that account for changing needs across the organization
  • Holistic marketing mindset with a strong understanding of the business, combined with a passion for delivering a seamless sales and customer journey

Great-to-haves:

  • Experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on strategy development and campaign execution
  • Experience using reporting and automation tools
  • Project management/leadership experience
  • Telecom industry experience

Salary Range: $96,000-$144,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
