Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with customers to promote, sell and activate Certified Pre Owned devices (CPOs) accessories, and related products
  • Test, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair smartphones and tablets
  • Provide repair and replacement estimates for the customer
  • Communicate with the customer to explain technical issues in an easy to understand, helpful manner
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting the right phone or accessories based on their needs and preferences
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience

Working hours and locations

  • Opportunity to work with all of our brands
  • Work a flexible schedule, which includes evenings and weekends
  • Hours vary by location and time of year
  • Shift coverage at nearby locations

Base Hourly Pay: $17 - $21
Bonus Pay: Monthly activations bonus
