We operate in an ambitious start-up environment and collaborate with teams across multiple functions including Marketing, Product & Service Development, Contact Centers, Field Technicians, and Technology Strategy. Together with members of these teams, you will lead key project streams and support operations across multiple customer segments. What you’ll do

As a Business Analyst II on the Customer Experience Evolution team, you will be part of a Project Management Office team that ensures our acquired SmartHome Security customers have a smooth integration and post-integration experience from start to finish. As part of the Customer Experience Evolution team, you will support the strategy and execution of large-scale projects that focus on streamlining operations and elevating the experience of recently acquired customers. Join our team and drive transformation to our business through projects such as the integration of service support models and migration of customer billing accounts, all with the goal of creating a superior customer experience.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting transformational programs through a structured and collaborative approach
  • Enabling project execution to meet timelines and business objectives, proactively identifying and resolving any issues or roadblocks
  • Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring effective communication and strategic alignment across the organization
  • Preparing supporting materials such as presentations, process mapping or data to enable strategic discussions and recommendations
  • Analyzing data to extract insights, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for strategic decision-making

Qualifications

What you bring:

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high performance culture
  • Excellent storytelling and written communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving, strategic, and analytical capabilities
  • Growth mindset and passion for developing your skill sets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint (or Google equivalents)
  • Post-secondary degree (e.g. business, technology)

Great-to-haves

  • 1-2 years of project management experience delivering cross-functional projects that improve operations or customer experience
  • Experience in data querying (e.g. SQL) or data visualization (e.g. Tableau)
  • Knowledge and experience in the security industry is an asset, particularly as it relates to product and technology knowledge
