As a Senior Business Analyst on the Customer Experience Evolution team, you will be part of a Project Management Office team that ensures our acquired SmartHome Security customers have a smooth integration and post-integration experience from start to finish. As part of the Customer Experience Evolution team, you will support the strategy and execution of large-scale projects that focus on streamlining operations and elevating the experience of recently acquired customers. Join our team and drive transformation to our business through projects such as the integration of service support models and migration of customer billing accounts, all with the goal of creating a superior customer experience.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading major streams of transformational programs by bringing a structured and collaborative approach
  • Driving project execution to meet timelines and business objectives, proactively identifying and resolving any issues or roadblocks
  • Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring effective communication and strategic alignment across the organization
  • Supporting strategic discussions and recommendations by preparing and facilitating presentations for an executive audience
  • Analyzing data to extract insights, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for strategic decision-making

Qualifications

What you bring:

  • 3+ years of experience delivering complex strategic and/or transformational programs across cross-functional business areas
  • Excellent storytelling and written communication skills, with the ability to cater messaging to either peers or executive audiences
  • Proven problem-solving, strategic, and analytical capabilities with a convincing track record of setting and delivering against key metrics
  • Passion for working in a dynamic, high performance culture with a proactive tendency to identify business opportunities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint (or Google equivalents)
  • Post-secondary degree (e.g. business, technology)

Great-to-haves

  • Certifications in performance improvement and/or project management methodologies and practices e.g. Lean Six Sigma, Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Experience in data querying (e.g. SQL) or data visualization (e.g. Tableau)
  • Knowledge and experience in the security industry is an asset, particularly as it relates to product and technology knowledge

Salary Range: $70,000-$104,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 12%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. Please note that the compensation shown in the job posting is effective January 2023 and may be subject to change in 2024.
