Together, the team is responsible for driving profitable growth within a key growth segment for TELUS. Within the TELUS Small and Medium Business Marketing team, our team is responsible for driving campaigns that maximize our campaign reach, increase sales conversion, and ensure we meet our sales targets.

You will join a skilled and engaged team that continues to shape the evolution of the portfolio, and find creative ways to reach business clients to ultimately grow and expand our campaign execution and strategy.

We are looking for a driven, high-energy, creative and results-oriented individual to join the team for the role of Product Manager for our sales campaigns.

What you’ll do

Your mandate is to strategize and execute campaigns to our target customer base, targeted at offering them future friendly technology. You will drive the end to end strategy and execution of your campaigns cross functionally including offers, system enablement, email and MMS campaigns, outbound calling campaigns, and go-to-market deliverables.

We are looking for a natural born leader with a willingness to challenge the status quo, able to work collaboratively and confidently with multiple stakeholders inside and outside of the organization.

  • Manage the strategy and campaign plan for several sales campaigns at once
  • Establish campaign targets, forecast, and ongoing metric tracking capabilities
  • Orchestrate the campaign playbook and manage the go-to-market functions, including channel readiness, offer implementation, and execution on marketing mediums
  • Manage a cross-functional team to deliver on campaign targets (email and MMS development, offers, sales, etc.)
  • Partner with external sales channels to improve campaign performance
  • Deep dive into campaign analytics to find improvement opportunities

  • You have a strong executive presence and comfortable presenting in a leadership forum

  • You are known for your ability to prioritize projects, to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, and to meet objectives in an exciting and agile environment
  • You can zoom in and out, balancing both strategy & marketing execution
  • You have an undergraduate degree in Business or a related discipline

Salary Range: $62,000-$92,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 10%
