We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter to join our fast-paced high-performing Strategy and Enablement team! You will support high-priority strategic executive deliverables, such as results and financial reporting, Team achievements & ROI Tracking, and Strategic Funnel insights.

This role is situated within the Strategy and Enablement for 5G & IOT Connectivity. Our key mandate is to:

  • Maximize use of the leadership team’s time by providing reliable, accurate, timely and easy-to-understand content
  • Be respected as Trusted Advisors for the leadership and executive leadership teams

What you’ll do:

  • A high degree of emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills and thought leadership, who is known for producing efficient, clean and accurate content
  • Experience working with highly urgent and highly visible content
  • Efficient organization and ability to manage multiple timelines and requirements
  • You possess excellent collaborative skills, with a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations, and are comfortable working with all levels of the organization – from managers to senior executives
  • Ongoing desire to be part of a high-paced and exciting team focused on long-term planning and business governance
  • A natural ability to form strong working relationships and transform the complicated into the simple
  • A high level of proficiency with Google Suite (especially Slides and Docs) and storyboarding; you to are able to deliver content tailored for the variety of audiences and forums you support

Qualifications

What you bring:


Business consulting experience

  • Support the journey to reach our future state for customer experience
  • Provide consulting support to analyze, assess and develop innovative ideas for customer experience team members
  • Clearly articulate concepts and storylines through various mediums, especially Google Slides

Problem Solving & Analytics

  • Analytical, problem identification and problem-solving skills; advanced ability to perform an appropriate level of assessment to recommend solutions; make good decisions based on analysis, experience and judgment
  • Utilize advanced conceptual and critical thinking skills for business planning and/or problem analysis and resolution
  • Familiarity with the principles of the Balanced Scorecard creation, reporting & Variance Analysis

Program Support and Collaborative Stakeholder Management

  • Managing end-to-end delivery of high-priority executive deliverables such as strategy planning sessions
  • Coordinating executive-level reporting across key strategic initiatives to ensure consistency and avoid unnecessary cycles
  • Take ownership and delivery of results on special projects identified by the leadership team

Product & Customer Marketing and Operations

  • Familiarity with Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, call center operations, field operations, customer service delivery & digital transformation; broad telecommunications industry knowledge and experience

Professional Designation/Certification

  • University degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, computer science and/or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • 7+ years in a strategy, planning role

Great-to-have:

  • Previous experience supporting major milestones including knowledge of strategic planning methodologies and strategy framework
  • Familiarity with Google Suite
  • MBA an asset
  • Diversity of past experiences

Salary Range: $80,000-$120,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits such as:
