As the Partner Program Senior Manager supported by the Director of Data & Innovation, you will materially influence our partner program by building and enabling the growth of our team and program.
You will contribute to the strategic direction for the partner program to support the evolution of the team. You will also work with cross-functional stakeholders to define and implement processes to support data enablement across TELUS.
You will be a champion for data, trust and innovation and you will advocate for TELUS’ Trust Model as the fundamental driver for all of our decisions around data, recognizing how critical customer and team member trust is to TELUS’ mission.
You will be an integral part of our team and will bridge your creative ideas with business objectives to enhance and sustain our first-class data program. In doing so, you will be instrumental in advancing our reputation for being trustworthy, using a responsible human-centric approach to ensure that we use data to deliver remarkable business and social outcomes, always in a manner that demonstrates TELUS’ commitment to putting our customers and communities first.


What you’ll do


● Create, evolve, and manage processes for the design, and implementation of a partner program that supports the enablement of the team.
● Build partner knowledge, capabilities and training to support the evolution of a growth program.
● Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders by collecting, sharing and applying feedback to shape the partner program to a best-in-class program.
● Support the implementation of strategic data initiatives by advocating for change management processes that highlight partner program needs to remain front and center of all initiatives.
● Agility to meet the changing needs of the organization and a fast-paced, ambitious team where priorities shift but the focus on the mission is steadfast.
● Evaluate and report on the performance of the program using established success metrics.

● Highly adaptable, and comfortable working in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
● Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in developing a partner program.
● International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) certification or willingness and ability to become certified within 6 months.

● Partner Program Management background/experience.
● Bilingualism in English & French, verbal and/or written.
● Experience working in a large, matrixed organization.

Salary Range: $94,000-$140,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits such as:
