  • Support the development, testing, and implementation of financial reporting requirements, controls and procedures arising from new business initiatives, system implementations, or other business changes
  • Identify patterns and underlying trends through performing a thorough, detailed analysis of large quantities of data using advanced Excel knowledge
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the strategies, business issues, risks and profitability opportunities of specific business units
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of our internal finance processes, tools, and analyses actively voicing sharing any opportunities for improvement you see, to better enable the team to support the organization
  • Support capital planning, capex budgeting, tracking and reporting
  • Other duties as required, including ad hoc analysis, reporting and special projects

  • Advanced financial modeling skills and a degree of conversancy with financial systems, statements, accounting principles, and MS Office; comfortable working with large data sets an asset
  • Strong prioritization skills; proven ability to be successful in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Results-oriented problem-solver who is flexible, collaborative, proactive and demonstrates excellent judgment
  • Experience with SAP an asset
