The SMB Channel Marketing team is looking for an entrepreneurial and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our team who can leverage their marketing, communications and stakeholder management skills to differentiate, elevate and promote TELUS Business products and services on the Small Business pages on TELUS.com.
As a Digital Marketing Manager on the SMB Channel Marketing team, you will play a meaningful role in the strategy, planning, and execution of pricing, product and service launches that impact our TELUS.com Small Business web pages.
Our team is fun, hardworking, creative, and dedicated. We are looking for a collaborative Digital Marketing Manager that takes initiative, and thinks outside of the box to continuously innovate and drive excellence.
What you’ll do
- Writing and managing pricing and promotional web copy on Small Business Research and Learn pages across all product segments
- Partnering with Pricing, Digital, Sales, Legal and Marketing Communications stakeholders to ensure web messaging is compelling, easy to understand and legally sound
- Influencing and negotiating with key stakeholders on prioritization of requests, timelines and deliverables
- Holding an important seat at the table to help support web changes to drive digital sales loading
- Collaborating with key stakeholders in web page redesign opportunities
- Owning the digital activation plan for integrated marketing programs
- Working closely with the Digital GTM team to ensure project/communication delivery is on time
Qualifications
What you bring
- You have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, and can quickly tailor communications for a customer facing audience with a set character limit.
- You have a critical eye for the details that allow you to complete work tasks with thoroughness, accuracy and consistency.
- You have outstanding critical thinking, planning, and prioritization competencies which keep you motivated and agile to take action and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- You are a storyteller who is able to simplify technical product capabilities and features into value propositions.
- You have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and executing flawlessly while managing projects and asks efficiently at the same time.
- 3-5 years of experience with B2B marketing, marketing communications, stakeholder management, content management and/or copywriting.
- You are an influencer among your peers and have strong negotiation skills and the ability to obtain commitment from stakeholders and partners.
- Bilingualism (English and French) an asset
