We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager II to drive innovation within pharmacy and exceptional customer experiences and outcomes.  In close collaboration with Product Owners, Engineers, Sales, Client Services and Engagement, Operations and more – you will help define the future of pharmacy and evolve Canada’s most dominant suite of pharmacy systems and products to meet the future demands of our customers.

The Project Manager II role is responsible for delivering solutions for our Retail Pharmacy Management System team.  You will be more than a Project Manager and will also work with customers and products. This is an excellent role for someone who likes to execute on projects and is looking for exposure to many areas of the business. To support our business and customers, the Project Manager will: 

 

  • Be responsible for promotion and implementation of specific products
  • Become an operational and process Subject Matter Expert for specific products, as they work with other team members
  • Interface with partners who contribute to our ecosystem
  • Manage and deliver our products to key partners and clients
     

What you'll do

 

  • Work with specific vendors to drive their products into our customer base
  • Lead timely resolution of production and service delivery issues including escalation of customer issues and major process changes with accountable sub-process owners
  • In collaboration with the sales and business development team, manage the delivery of innovations or projects
  • Support sales teams, sales specialists and product team to advance and win new business opportunities
  • Collaborate on cross-functional teams across all business units to manage margin, enable product/service delivery, improve methods to better support product, and support the delivery of integrated customer solutions
     

What you bring

 

  • This role is part project manager, part change agent, part business analyst with a superb focus on stakeholder management
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience 
  • Able to work with a variety of products, peoples, process to get the job done
  • Flexible – Understand that there is more than one way to achieve an objective 
  • Attention to detail 
  • University Degree in Commerce/Business, Health Care Management, Computer Studies or a Pharmacy Technician Diploma with significant work experience preferred
  • Healthcare Ecosystem experience preferred
  • Demonstrated Project Management and/or Pharmacy experience preferred
  • Bi-lingual in French and English is a must
