What you'll do

 

  • Defining, designing & delivering enterprise grade SaaS product
  • Define RAN Service Assurance Vision, Architecture and Tool Set.
  • Defining and delivering the Go to market plan for RAN Service Assurance Solution and Tools.
  • Proficiently handle & resolve delivery issues in coordination with Functional Managers & Business Groups and also coordinate between TechDev, QA, Performance and Operation teams.
  • Structure project proposals complete with details of activities, time frame, and required mix of resources. 
  • Play Pivotal role in understand user teams requirement, needs, enhancement and aligning deliverable with product roadmap.
  • Manage capital requirement and funding forecast required for your program to be funded throughout the life time of program.
     

What you bring

 

  • 10+ years of RAN experience, atleast 5 year of experience in Element Management System and other  Service assurance tools. 
  • Knowledge on Radio Access Network Probing, RF Heatmap, Geolocation based RF measurement.
  • Experience working on Platform such as SON and Near-Real Time RIC.
  • Experience working on ORAN Alliance, 3GPP and other standardization bodies on standard and architecture evolution.
  • Experience Managing and Operating 4G, 5G EMS and Multiplexer logging systems.
  • Understand of Fault, Configuration, Authentication, Performance Management system, interfaces and standard for RAN.

 

Great-to-haves

 

  • Understanding and Experience working with Cloud technology tools such as Kafka, ELK, Data Bases, Query and Data Lake platforms for service assurance.
