Our team and what we’ll accomplish together

 

We enable a customer-centric approach to delivering products and services in new markets across Canada. The Field and Trade Enablement Strategy is a transformational team responsible for the delivery of technician and trade services to support our TELUS customers. Our team ensures the successful launch of installation and service for new products and markets in home security and automation. We will work collaboratively across TELUS to implement major strategic initiatives to launch a new field workforce and trade strategy for TELUS nationally for a new target market.

 

What you’ll do

 

Our team has a proven track record in strategic programs with the ability to deliver across a broad group of stakeholders in a complex environment. You will be empowered to design, plan and implement projects that enable a new service delivery strategy. Your role will support the sourcing strategy for external labor such as electricians, and to work directly with internal field teams to develop new skills to support our expanding customer market. We are seeking an analytical, forward-thinking individual with a passion for transformation and business transformation to join our small but growing team.

 

 

Qualifications

 

What you bring

 

  • Experience in designing and delivering transformational initiatives
  • Collaborative approach to decision-making and project management
  • Ability to lead large projects from strategy design to implementation
  • Comfortable working in a changing environment as strategy is designed through a trial and test approach
  • Ability to effectively problem solve and deal with complex project issues
  • Bachelor of Business or similar discipline

 

Great-to-haves

 

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation
  • Bilingualism (English & French)
