And as part of the People & Culture team, you tackle all kinds. We are not your standard (traditional) HR. We embrace discomfort and we have fun doing it. We’re just as passionate about our team as we are about our customers and we’re looking for people that radiate this passion.

  • Acting as a subject matter expert for benefits programs and services
  • Analyzing data to look for trends and patterns to assist with the development and analysis of the benefits budget

  • Adaptable and flexible to changing priorities and working with ambiguity
  • Strong planning (short and long range) and organizational skills
  • Exceptional customer focus with strong professional acumen
  • Excellent organizational skills and able to juggle priorities and tight deadlines
  • Dedicated team player, who demonstrates initiative and independence
  • CEBS certification would be an asset, though not required
  • In-depth benefits experience
  • Highly proficient with MS Office Suite – PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Google Suite
