- Support job evaluation and analysis for our different provincial entities and lines of business
- Support the smooth integration of acquired organizations by conducting thorough analysis of the business case impacts and alignment with TELUS Total Rewards strategy, in liaison with our M&A, Benefits teams and Compensation Consultants
- Act as a trusted advisor to P&C partners in identifying pay equity related and other compensation concerns, recommend solutions and provide guidance to drive compliance, support education and training efforts relating to pay equity
- Work closely with P&C partners to support the adherence of pay equity legislation, awareness and training initiatives and recommend streamlined policies and processes relating to pay equity and compensation
- Develop and revise pay equity/compensation training programs for all relevant team members and various hierarchies at TELUS
- Prepare reports, analysis and presentations for senior leaders: outlining results, trends and costing. Manage a project budget, resources and meet deadlines collaborating across various total rewards, P&C teams and lines of business
