We’re on a mission to launch the first Energy-Management-as-a-Service product while contributing to TELUS’ overall social purpose and net carbon-neutral goals. Our team designs experiences and automates processes to help customers save on their energy bills and carbon footprint, while also educating them on energy conservation.
We’re focused on ensuring a seamless customer experience is at the core as new products are launched in the market.
Join our team and help us bring the power of the energy-saving platform to life by helping manage the product development process for multiple scrum teams and providing a clear view of the overall program to stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and implement product strategy for customers, operations and support teams
- Conduct technical and business reviews to define requirements and operational specifications
- Advocate for user-centered design and process, ensuring process is intuitive and efficient
- Partner with hardware and App teams to align and define requirements
- Establish mechanisms to measure KPIs and obtain feedback to address problems quickly
- Identify opportunities for change and simplifying customer experience
- Create clear and concise installation guides/resources for customers and internal uses

- With outstanding communication and presentation skills, you craft compelling messages that resonate with the audience you are presenting to, you have an exceptional eye for detail and an ability to simplify a complex message
- Recognized for your interpersonal, relationship building and collaboration skills, you bring groups together to understand the larger picture and are able to help guide people in the direction of outcomes
- Thrive in an ambiguous environment, and use data to help inform decisions and use your analytically inquisitive mind you help support recommendations and identify opportunities for change
Great-to-haves
We’re especially motivated to connect with people that have one or more of the following:
- 5+ years of product management, marketing, project management (PMP) or similar experience
- Passion and curiosity for technology and industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or engineering. MBA or equivalent experience a plus
- Technical familiarity with one or more of home automation, security, mobile, internet, home networking, TV services, energy management
NOTE: This position can be worked from in or near any major centre across Canada.
