The Acquisition Field Integration team is a high-performing team on a journey to drive national enablement for TELUS home solutions through workforce optimization, customer experience improvements and cost transformation across our end-to-end value chain. Our passion is turning acquisitions into actionable business transformation through operational integration.
We are seeking a forward thinking individual with a passion for program management and execution. This role will involve leading the new strategic direction of our technician field support for out of market products. It will involve data-driven decision making to facilitate executive level support to design and implement a new strategic direction on how we support our customers.

What you’ll do
As a Sr. Program Manager, you will play a key role in planning, managing and delivering a new program focused on field support strategy for our out of market products. This will include sunset strategies and processes when hardware is no longer available for procurement, and assessments based on financial profitability. Your role will be critical to ensuring we build an integrated national field team to consistently support our customers end-to-end.
Contribute to cross-working group interlock spanning TELUS
- Establish cost and customer impacts to develop new key operational policies
- Develop and implement change management plans for impacted stakeholder
- Create and launch new field support policies across the end-to-end TELUS value chain based on data-driven assessments
- Build financial business cases and validation to support initiatives
- Lead senior management forums to review and determine strategic direction
Reporting to the Manager, Program Office this position is accountable for end-to-end delivery of a new strategy for out-of-market products for field support. The role will include benefits management to drive standardization and governance across all field operations.
