Our team and what we’ll accomplish together

You will be responsible for supporting the provision of high quality care services for the TELUS
Health Family Health, Executive, and Travel Health Programs. At TELUS Health, our clinical
staff members provide safe, competent and compassionate care across the lifespan and work
very closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.

What you’ll do

• Management of vaccine supplies including ordering, inventory, proper storage and handling
• Maintenance of procedure room including stocking and organization of supplies, autoclaving tools, ensuring room is clean
• Maintaining liquid nitrogen supplies
• Management of medical supplies for the clinic including ordering, stocking, inventory and organization
• Ordering and ensuring supply is always stocked for injection cart and emergency kits
• Organization and stocking of medication sample inventory
• Height and weight measurements
• Data entry including, but not limited to, immunization records, blood pressure measurement, height/weight measurements
• Sanitize items such as toys within the clinic

What you bring:

• 2+ year of medical clinic experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Familiarity with medical supplies
• Familiarity with vaccine protocols is an asset
