You are a bilingual (French/English) speaking, detail-oriented, customer-driven service professional who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Drug Operations Manager at TELUS Health, you are highly motivated, results-oriented and passionate about growth.

You will be an integral part of a small but growing team that manages the registration of pharmacies on the TELUS Health system and the maintenance of the pharmacy records, including changes, credentialing and compliance. You will also assist in the administration of TELUS Health’s drug authorization programs.

 

Here's how…

 

As part of the team, you’ll be responsible for:

 

  • Registering pharmacies to the TELUS Health Pharmacy Network
  • Conducting regular maintenance of existing pharmacy data
  • Providing monthly reports to management and multiple stakeholders
  • Managing the pharmacy database
  • Providing client resolutions for issues escalated to (second/third) level support
  • Communicating with the pharmacy community, provincial governing bodies, associations and pharmacy software vendors
  • Handling and overseeing projects to successful completion for both internal and external clients
  • Initiating pharmacy provider adoption on new TELUS Health initiatives
  • Providing client support to other internal departments

 

Qualifications

Required Experience:

 

  • One or more years of experience in customer service or a service-oriented industry
  • Experience as a Pharmacy Technician would be an asset
  • Experience in the Pharmacy Benefit Management industry would be an asset

 

Functional Skills:

 

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Able to apply critical-thinking skills to resolve issues
  • Requirements gathering
  • Strong coordination skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) with internal and external customers
  • Bilingual (French/English)

 

Education:

 

  • College Diploma or University Degree
