Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing top-notch administrative support to our Quality Operations team to help drive our success

• Collaborating and sharing insights with your team by crafting comprehensive meeting notes and organizing regular check-ins

• Utilizing the technique of Process Mapping to support the team in achieving our objectives

• Supporting our document management systems by archiving, scanning, and filing confidential information

• Coordination and creation of collateral for Continuous Improvement and Project Management projects

Knowledge and Qualifications

• A minimum of a technical diploma or Bachelors alongside a completed practicum or co-op program

• Strong attention to detail when reviewing, verifying and validating documentation and processes

• Project Management software experience would be an asset

• Fluency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite would be preferred

• Flexibility for hybrid work, coming on-site to Vancouver or Burnaby locations to support documentation management on a weekly basis

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:

$56,270.00 - $76,100.00

STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
