STEMCELL Technologies is looking for a Senior Program Associate to join our Supply Chain Operations team. This opportunity is perfect for a highly organized and detail-oriented ‘connector’; someone comfortable coordinating and collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups to ensure complex initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively.

In this growth-oriented role, you will be responsible for providing program support throughout all stages of multi-disciplinary corporate growth initiatives. As a Senior Program Associate, you will support, collaborate with, and present to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Your strong analytic and communication skills will be called on, as you juggle multiple competing priorities.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate and lead activities for multiple initiatives in support of our program goals

• Collaborate with business sponsors and senior management to identify program scope, priorities, risks and help allocate team resources

• Assist with development of new programs and improvements to existing programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.

• Communicate and liaise with staff, management, consultants and others as needed

• Independently prioritize tasks related to program activities, meetings, deliverable timelines, and other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting complex, multidisciplinary projects and programs

• Experience in program administration, facilitating and managing consultation processes with a wide range of stakeholder groups

• Experience supporting and prioritizing tasks related to program analysis, administration and coordination

• Experience communicating and influencing within a complex interdisciplinary environment, including internal and external stakeholders

• Strong computer literacy experience with word-processing, spreadsheet, presentation, program management and database applications

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:

$68,595.00 - $92,800.00

STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
