STEMCELL Technologies is looking for a talented and knowledgeable branding professional to join our team as Senior Manager, Customer Brand Identity. Reporting to the Director, Brand and Scientific Communication, this individual will contribute to developing the overall brand strategy for STEMCELL, and is responsible for implementing STEMCELL’s customer brand identity. Working collaboratively across the company, this role will help ensure that STEMCELL maintains an iconic and trusted brand, that the company is consistently true to its brand promise, and that STEMCELL empowers and enables genuine brand ambassadorship.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve alongside key stakeholders on committees and projects as a subject matter expert in customer brand identity

• Conceptualize, review, lead, and execute creative, impactful, and on-brand marketing campaigns

• Lead and execute brand ambassadorship projects and programs

• Develop, implement, and govern policies and processes for maintaining brand standards

• Lead a team of brand marketers as a manager of managers

Knowledge and Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (preferably in a biomedical field) with 12+ years of experience, Master’s with 10+ years of experience, or PhD (preferred) with 7+ years of experience in branding/marketing

• 5+ years experience in a leadership role with team, project, and program management responsibilities

• Experience working in a scientific research lab or in the biotechnology industry in a customer-facing capacity is a strong asset

• Demonstrated creativity and impactful storytelling in a brand or marketing context through a variety of mediums and platforms (portfolio or examples required)

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:

$115,120.00 - $172,700.00

STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
