In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless operation of projects for the Private Label and Distributed Products (PLDP) division. Reporting to the Program Manager, Business Operations, this position supports the Senior Director, Business Operations Products and the division's leadership team. You will ensure that PLDP division information is effectively communicated across the company, manage the operating schedule, ensure that critical functions have processes in place and continuously improve existing processes. Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing, streamlining and maintaining efficient processes for the PLDP division; liaising with other administrative teams within the organization as required

  • Provide administrative support for projects and programs by tracking, reporting and following up on timelines and deliverables

  • Plan, collect input for, and prioritize agenda items for recurring meetings, including scheduling and recording minutes; following up on action items and reporting status’ to relevant stakeholders

Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or a diploma is preferred, but prior administrative experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management abilities

  • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint (or Google equivalents)

  • Ability to prioritize a wide variety of tasks, while thinking critically and strategically
