Job Description Summary
The Receptionist is responsible for fulfilling STEMCELL’s reception services at an assigned office location(s). They are the first point of contact when visiting a STEMCELL location in-person. In addition, they provide logistical and administrative support to building services at each STEMCELL location.Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and manage visitor/delivery logs.
Answering & transferring calls.
Providing & monitoring access badges.
Ordering & monitoring office supplies.
Managing parking passes.
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
New hire support (e.g. creation of name badges & nameplates, updates seating chart, etc.).
Knowledge & Qualifications:
Post Secondary Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree.
0-3 years of experience in reception, administrative support and/or customer service.
Organised
Excellent customer service
Works well on own and as part of a team
Strong computer skills
Knowledge of Google Suites
Shows initiative
Adaptability
Problem solver, ability to think outside of the box
