Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Support sales team in exceeding sales targets for CGT by providing comprehensive assistance and support to CGT customers and identifying opportunities for growth
Act as a Subject Matter Expert and advisor, conducting training sessions for the sales team to enhance their knowledge and skills in CGT
Proactively seek out and identify new applications and product-enhancement opportunities, staying ahead of customer needs and competitive offerings in the ever-evolving CGT market
Collaborate with internal teams to gather critical information and data necessary for advancing complex CGT opportunities, ensuring smooth opportunity progression
Engage in prospecting activities to analyze customer and market needs, offering valuable insights to the sales team and customers.
Knowledge and Qualifications
BSc (or higher) in Life Sciences with expertise in regulatory requirements and cGMP experience, demonstrating a solid educational foundation in the field
Advanced-level knowledge and skills in the cell and gene therapy space, encompassing a comprehensive understanding of products, processes, practices, approaches, and technical concepts
Proven experience engaging with the cell and gene therapy segment in the US geography, showcasing a successful track record in this specific market
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, highlighting the ability to effectively navigate the sales process and drive successful outcomes
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a demonstrated ability to deliver technical presentations and effectively convey complex information.
