Job Description Summary
STEMCELL Technologies is looking for an experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as a Director, Change Management. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of program management and organizational transformation experience, taking accountability on the change management aspect of the projects and with strong stakeholder management skills.As the Director, Change Management, you will act as the principal subject matter expert and leader on change management best practices across the company, while working with senior management across the company to assess change impact, organizational readiness, and risks and advising them on the approach to complex change initiatives within their groups.
This position will start in an individual contributor capacity, but eventually build, mentor, and recruit a team to continuously improve how change management is planned and executed in the company.
This is a highly visible role, with the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of STEMCELL Technologies.
Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Leverage change management methodology to develop, implement and adapt a change management model to increase the company’s change management maturity, and to support adoption of the changes required by a program, project or initiative
Support the design and delivery of training programs to support change management at STEMCELL
Navigate effectively at strategic, operational, and tactical levels in order to enable the successful execution of the overall Change Management model, strategy, process, and best practices
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and design, plan and lead change management activities related to program, project or initiatives across the company
Partner with senior leadership and stakeholder groups to understand Change Management needs then develop and implement effective change management plans, lead the overall processes while evaluating and approving significant improvements to existing methods and processes and best practices
Knowledge & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of relevant experience
Certified Change Management Professional™ (CCMP™)
Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
