Your mission, should you decide to accept it.

We are on the lookout for a Sales Manager to lead our team of Account Executives. This person will thrive in a fast-paced environment and is committed to driving our sales efforts to new heights. In this pivotal role, you will lead our team of Account Executives, ensuring that they consistently exceed targets and deliver exceptional value to our partners and customers.

A significant part of your role will involve leveraging your B2B closing expertise to drive revenue growth. You will also be entrusted with managing the entirety of the sales pipeline, from generation to forecasting. As someone with a deep understanding of SaaS sales metrics, you'll be responsible for establishing key performance indicators that are both relevant and challenging.

Coaching is at the heart of this role. We believe in nurturing the potential of every member of our team, and as the Sales Manager, you will be tasked with providing guidance, sharing insights, and facilitating training to ensure the continuous growth of our Account Executives.

Collaboration is key. You'll work alongside other departments, integrating their insights and feedback into your sales strategies. Additionally, you'll always have a finger on the pulse, monitoring sales data and market trends to inform and adjust our sales strategies.

  • Lead and oversee the activities and performance of Account Executives, ensuring that all team members achieve their individual and group targets.
  • Demonstrate and apply strong closing skills, especially at the B2B level, to drive new revenue opportunities as well as pipeline generation.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring that it is constantly filled with potential, qualified opportunities. This includes Lead Generation, Prospect Management, and accurate forecasting of potential deals.
  • Coach and mentor Account Executives to improve their skills, enhance their knowledge of products/services, and help them overcome challenges in the sales process.
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of interactions and deals, implementing quality assurance measures to maintain high standards.
  • Establish and implement relevant sales KPIs based on the understanding of SaaS sales metrics, regularly reviewing and adjusting them to align with company objectives.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings, trainings, and workshops to foster collaboration and ensure the sales team is well-informed and aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales Leadership, Sales Enabelments, Sales Operations) to align sales strategies and actions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and trends to identify areas of improvement and new business opportunities.
  • Maintain an understanding of market trends, competition, and customer needs to develop and adapt strategies accordingly.


  • Proven experience in sales management for a minimum of 3 years, with a preference for those with experience in the SaaS or MSP-related industry.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and growing teams of Account Executives.
  • Strong knowledge of MSPs, SaaS, and IT services.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • A proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze complex information and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and other sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced scale up environment, bringing innovative ideas and strategies to the table.
  • A genuine passion for technology, with a deep commitment to ensuring partner success.
