What you’ll do

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Tech Talent Attraction

Location: Montreal

Expected Start Date and End Date: September - December 2023

  • Partner with recruiters in generating funnel metrics for targeted teams, you also will partner with the TA Director working on strategic projects on Proactive sourcing, finding new tools, and implementing changes to the TA Landscape at SAP.
  • These projects will impact improvement on candidate experience. Allow SAP to be looking for more competitive talent in the US and Canada landscape.
  • The SAP Tech Talent Attraction Intern will be responsible for driving business updates, which will allow and increase the business visibility to the actions TA is implementing in the North America market.
  • Help drive the change management process for new topics in the organization by creating emails and presentations for a regional and global stakeholder audience (employees and managers)
  • Structured and analytical work style
  • Good understanding of complex business processes
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to interact with internal and external stakeholders and customers
  • Coordinate and moderate internal events

  • Passion for Excel and being savvy on reporting
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent writing skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible, eager to learn
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, English, Graphic Design, Mathematics, business, or any other related subject
