Role

The CTO is a highly-skilled craftsperson with a storied history in the technological sector, specifically with experience building and scaling Web3 DApps. The role is tasked with making executive technology decisions on behalf of the company, including managing a technology budget and making investments to align the company with its vision for its technological needs.

They will work directly with the CEO and will act as both a technology and business expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company. They will be responsible to shape and support the career development strategies of OpenTree Education programs and interact directly with the students. The role will manage the mentor and student development projects and teams. They will collaborate with the product team to sculpt and execute a roadmap on Open Source software and internship projects.
