about this team

The Global Brand Experience Operations Team is responsible for creating, managing, and driving the process and delivery of seasonal stories, brand campaigns, experiences, and environments that bring the lululemon brand to life for our guests across all touchpoints. In partnership with the four functional leaders of Brand Experience, and in service of a clear and engaging guest experience, this team focuses on ensuring a consistent, on-brief, and on-time delivery of our global vision for brand and product stories and experiences across retail stores, ecomm, and events. 
a day in the life
  • Oversee the development, improvement and implementation of process within the Global Events function 
  • Work cross-functionally with teams in Brand and Community to implement and execute strategies, initiatives and processes that support the wider business goals 
  • Work with and maintain external vendor relationships that contribute to team initiatives and workstreams 
  • Build, own and maintain processes to improve efficiencies, standards and operations across the Global Events team 
  • Supports Director of Global Event Experience in strategic planning and resourcing 
  • Provides leadership and direction to the Event Experience Project Manager(s) while supporting ongoing development and growth 
  • Develop processes to execute and manage milestones, timelines and priorities, working directly with cross-functional teams and external vendors/agencies 
  • Engage and align team and stakeholders to understand process, timelines, dependencies, individual accountability and responsibilities and measures of success 
  • Manage existing and net new capability projects that will improve operational excellence for the team and regions, and are in alignment with the GEE, Director 
  • Support onsite events as required 
qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field is preferred 
  • 8-10 years of experience managing programs or large cross-functional projects 
  • Track record of successfully delivering large projects from start to finish on time and within budget 
  • Experience working with Excel, Teams, Smartsheet and other project management tools 
  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary brand, marketing, creative teams, and diverse business stakeholders 
  • Ability to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude 
  • Efficient, confident and highly effective communicator, both written and verbal 
  • PMP certification a bonus

Compensation and Benefits Package 
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $104,400-$137,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
