you will be joining as a leader on the Digital Optimization and Analytics team. Our team’s mission is to deliver accurate insights and tools that assist in the transformation of our digital properties with our guests in mind. We are a part of the global digital and omni function reporting up through our Chief Digital Officer. We are highly collaborative and have the pleasure of working with all areas of the business including product, engineering, guest experience, and more.
a day in the life: what you’ll do
We are seeking a highly skilled Manager of Digital Platform Analytics to lead the program for our international sites and mobile applications. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between qualitative and quantitative data, drive rigorous A/B testing, and provide actionable insights to inform key business decisions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, developing data-driven strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets. Translate findings into actionable recommendations that inform business strategies and contribute to improved user experiences.
- Foster collaboration between qualitative and quantitative data teams to ensure a holistic understanding of customer behavior and preferences. Develop processes and tools that leverage both types of data to provide a comprehensive view of user insights and behavior.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts. Provide guidance, performance feedback, and professional growth opportunities to enhance team productivity and capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from product, portfolio, engineering, and international teams to align data-driven insights with overall business objectives. Effectively communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive A/B testing strategies across various business functions. Collaborate with teams to identify testing opportunities, design experiments, and analyze results to drive data-backed decision-making.
qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, with a track record of driving business growth through data-driven insights and experimentation. At least 3 of those years should be in retail.
- 1+ year of experience leading, managing, and mentoring a team of data-driven people.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Proficiency in a range of digital analytics tools, methodologies, and technologies, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, data visualization, statistical concepts, Python and SQL.

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $122,500 - $160,800 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy: In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
