about this team
The Global Sports Marketing and Partnerships Product team is responsible for creating and executing product strategies that bring the right product to the right moment that drive our brand. We facilitate product buys, elevated graphic applications, and work highly cross-functionally to ensure our product meets the needs of athletes and partners, and all logistics from order placement through to delivery are seamless.
The Global Sports Marketing & Partnerships Product Manager eats, sleeps and breathes product and relationship. They will work with our athletes, athlete managers, partners, the regions, and cross-functional product teams to bring product moments to life that inspire our guest and support the global growth of the brand.
a day in the life: what you’ll do
- You oversee the strategy and execution of product for our global ambassador program including elite athletes and other strategic partnerships and priorities
- You oversee the strategy and implementation of elevated graphics, as well as the product process from nuts to bolts overseeing buys, product planning, tracking, DC prioritization, arrival and customization through to delivery
- You drive the planning and operational process including standard operating procedures, brief-ins, sign-offs and program strategy to ensure success
- You manage the budget and track results in partnership with global sports marketing and PR to continue to evolve practices to optimize outcomes and defined KPIs
- You work highly cross-functionally with athlete managers, athlete operations, merchandising, planning, DCs and global logistics
qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in technical product at a global brand
- Experience leading and developing a team
- Experience managing and tracking budgets
- Experience in RMS and product order/delivery systems
- Strong Experience in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint; experience in Microsoft Illustrator is an asset

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $98,300 - $129,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
