a day in the life 
 
Reporting to the Senior Manager, North America Brand Marketing, this role will be a key contributor to driving growth for the North America business and building brand equity in our largest market. As an experienced marketer, this role provides leadership across all marketing channels and brand creative, bringing to life innovative integrated campaigns that deliver on business and brand objectives.
This Senior Brand Marketing Manager role will be focused on loyalty programs that connect and deepen our relationship with our guests. They will be responsible for driving member acquisition, engagement and retention, focusing specifically on our free essential level program. 
 
what you'll do 
  • Manage and coordinate the integrated, cross-functional go-to-market process for loyalty initiatives to bring brand and product stories to life from brief to concept development to execution.
  • Establish sharp positioning and channel mix per initiatives, write creative briefs and communication plans
  • Work with key cross-functional partners to deliver best in class channel experiences. Guide all channel partners toward cohesive executions.
  • Support creative development with strategic advice rooted in clear business needs.

 
  • Manage stakeholders and keep leadership enrolled to marketing plans.
  • Understand and evaluate market landscape, competitor activities and category opportunities. 
  • Accountable to set and drive key KPI’s as well as measure, report and socialize results and learnings.
  • Responsible for management of project budget.
  • Lead marketing analysis and results sharing across the cross-functional teams and using results to inform and adjust strategy.
what we're looking for
 
  • 5-7 years’ experience in marketing, loyalty, community building or business-related field in a high profile, globally branded organization
  • Deep understanding of brand and content marketing, driving omnichannel initiatives from inception to execution
  • Passionate storyteller with proven ability to negotiate, influence and collaborate with other key decision makers in a complex matrix environment
  • Experience working with internal and external creative partners
  • Apparel and/or loyalty experience is preferred 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to large groups and executive teams.
  • A creative, agile, forward-thinking individual who has their pulse on the future of marketing
  • Adaptable, with ability to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of changing deliverables or business needs
  • Bachelors degree in related field required
  • Several years experience in marketing/advertising/e-business required

Compensation and Benefits Package 
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $98,300 – $129,00annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
