About this team
As Architect in OMS & Order Services team, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Project Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, Design and Development. You will ensure that the OMS & Order Services platform is well designed using best practices to meet the scalability and reliability for growing global eCommerce. A day in the life
In this role you will collaborate with Product Management, Lead Architects and Lead Engineer to bring projects from concept to implementation. Your solutions will be aligned with Digital Architecture strategy and consider business needs, timeline, and quality. You’ll also share exciting new technologies with the team, and partner with engineering leadership on technical roadmaps.
  • Serves as primary technical solution design architect for one or more teams and their systems and integrations
  • Serves as primary decision escalation resource for addressing architecture and integration issues affecting their team
  • Continuously drive improvements in areas like performance, security, automation, quality, monitoring, and reliability of platforms
  • Develops and maintains current and future-state architecture models and ensures all documentation is kept up to date
  • Keeps up with industry best practices, technologies, architectures, trends, emerging technologies and develop proof of concept projects to validate new ideas
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in in developing / implementing / customizing IBM Sterling Commerce Distributed Order Management and Inventory Visibility
  • At least 4+ year experience as Technical Lead
  • Has understanding of modern engineering practices including microservices and headless architecture
  • Microservice architecture & knowledge of challenges related to building cloud-native apps;
  • Design and development of Spring, Spring Boot and Spring Cloud applications
  • Design and development of RESTful APIs using JAX-RS and JSON;
  • Experience on Cloud service like AWS, GCP or Azure
  • Support troubleshooting through solid analytical reasoning
  • Experience in Agile methodology
  • Experience working with high transaction systems

Compensation and Benefits Package 
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $117,600 - $154,400 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
