about this team
The Omni Fulfillment team is responsible for ensuring every ecommerce order taking is fulfilled accurately and on time. This team is responsible for key technologies and Omni Channel operation s globally, and supports operationally and analytically in North America. 
a day in the life: what you’ll do
  • Outlines business requirements for operational and technical deployments of Omni Fulfillment programs 
  • Responsible for bringing together cross functional partners and key leaders to determine value and set priorities for strategic initiatives and our annual planning process
  • Produces reporting and appropriate updates for all in-scope strategic initiatives and programs for leadership transparency 
  • Trains in market operational teams for in store delivery and compliance
  • Collaborates with in market Manager and Analyst team to create accurate financial planning
  • Creates in store standard operating procedures in collaboration with market retail operations team 
qualifications
  • 4 year degree in technology or business preferred 
  • 5+ year track record of delivering results in a fast paced digital / retail environment (omni channel experience preferred)
  • Highly organized – experience juggling and prioritizing competing priorities across multiple teams 
  • Thought leadership – demonstrated ability to innovate (specifically in retail and ecommerce guest experiences or distribution) 
  • Analytically minded – can take qualitative and quantitative data across multiple streams and turn it into insights and plans of action
