Raw Material Sourcing Department

The Lululemon Raw Material Sourcing team is dedicated to develop a global family that aligns with our core values and who are best in their field. To provide to our cross functional partners; innovative, quality and value components, which enable Lululemon to deliver product that meets or exceed our guests expectations.

a day in the life of a Raw Material Sourcing Lead

· You will be a go to for your cross functional partners in all things Raw Materials Sourcing.

· You will work with Multiple functions including Raw Materials Development, Finished Goods Sourcing, Supply Planning.

· You will actively support costing excellence through seasonal cost requests and negotiations, identifying cost opportunities for your area and creating processes and reporting as required.

· You will be supporting the Raw Material sourcing strategy

· You will be supporting in the curation of a vendor base that will offer Design and Development access to innovative and cutting edge Raw Materials that will inspire and motivate our guests in partnership with our Raw Material development team.

· Communication is essential to this role and you will create reporting to give visibility to the business on your areas of responsibility.

· Vendor relationship and communication with be required for this role.

· You will connect with the Product teams and actively provide Sourcing input and bring insights from your partners to support driving required actions within sourcing.

· Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects collaborating with a variety of cross-functional partners

· Proficiency with Microsoft applications; including advanced level Excel, Power Point , Power BI, Smartsheet

· Project Management and reporting

· Cross-functional team player

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or related field with 3-5 years of supply chain experience
