about this team
The Digital Fulfillment team supports guests in getting the product they want, wherever they want, and as fast as they want by driving a seamless, optimized omni fulfillment experience.
a day in the life: what you’ll do
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as Technology, Global Fulfillment, Ecommerce, Retail and vendors (other functions as required) to lead or coordinate large-scale strategic projects as well as solve ongoing operational problems at scale
- Gather input, including dependencies and sequencing, from cross functional partners
- Creation of program/project scope playbook (checklist) based on definition
- Tracking and forecasting resources – tracking based on plan(s) and ad-hoc adjustments
- Strategic projects as well as solve ongoing operational problems at scale
- Inform, influence, and execute new fulfillment strategies and tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics to support positions.
- Identify goals/OKRS/measure of success for the program that ladder up to the goals of lululemon.
- Partner with cross-functional partners to develop & manage budgets and plans for the programs.
- Track milestones across the portfolio for key projects.
- Monitoring projects to ensure goals are met.
- Communicate program/portfolio status and partner with leaders to make decisions across the portfolio area.
- Execute & communicate the program strategy and overall program/portfolio story (via a project charter)
- Prioritize work within a program or portfolio.
- Intake work within the portfolio and work with the leaders to determine how to move forward.
- Build, communicate and execute a change management plan.
- Measure success based on the goals and OKRs set at the start.
- Creating and maintaining an onboarding playbook for kicking off a program/project
- Ensuring standards and success criteria are met, and issues are escalated where necessary.
qualifications
- 8+ years of relative experience, preferably in a vertically integrated, global, specialty retail environment
- Experience working with systems and/or with technical teams seen as an asset.
- Experience in ecommerce, fulfillment, supply chain, and or other relevant fields in bringing ecommerce fulfillment experiences and strategies to life across channels.
- Demonstrated experience in partnership with peers including the ability to lead indirectly and influence without reporting lines.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve conflicts across working groups.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and operating under tight time constraints with a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including analytical, problem solving, organizational, issue resolution, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, negotiation and presentation. Must be able to communicate technical and project management concepts in business-oriented terms.
- Experience in business case development, for simple and complex projects with varying levels of ROI and direct / indirect business benefit.
