We have built connections with key opinion leaders who are already using the Globe System and are helping to tell our story.
\n\nAs the Senior PLM Specialist you will develop and maintain the configuration plan for Kardium’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) program. Contribute to technical and procedural improvements with engineering designers and reviewers in mind.

What you’ll be doing
\nYour responsibilities will include:
\n\n
- \n
- \nDrive architectural decisions for reliable and scalable data models and integrations with enterprise resource planning software (D365). \n
- Analyze configurations, customizations, and connection points relative to requirements. \n
- Coordinate activities to define, implement, and oversee software management processes, including change control, notably configuration identification, status accounting, auditing, and control. \n
- Triage and advise on advanced use cases, often related to design configuration specifications and engineering change order business logic. \n
- Train members of the team on configuration management processes, and procedures. Advise them on best practices for offering system support. \n
- Assist in addressing the more complex incoming tickets, observe trends, and identify areas of improvement. \n \n
- Provide some system administration and general support coverage. \n
- Enhance user experience and efficiency while maintaining engineering data integrity. \n \n

\nYou are suited to our approach and possess these attributes:

- \nBachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience. \n \n
- \nOver ten years of experience with Windchill Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.\n \n
- \nOver ten years of experience with any Engineering Resource Planning (ERP) system. \n \n
- \nProficiency and interest in existing and emerging digital technologies. \n \n
- \nExperience in highly regulated industries is advantageous, particularly in medical devices, aerospace, or automotive. \n \n
- \nExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. \n \n
- \nProficiency in training and mentoring. \n \n
- \nDemonstrated leadership capabilities. \n \n
- \nStrong analytical, planning, problem-solving, with a keen business acumen. \n \n
