Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Performance Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving optimal website performance through your expertise in analytics, testing, and optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Adobe Platforms, specifically Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.Responsibilities:
1. Utilize advanced analytics tools, with a primary focus on Adobe Analytics, to gather insights into user behavior, site performance, and key metrics.
2. Lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives to optimize website elements and enhance overall user experience.
3. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve website speed, responsiveness, and overall performance.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for performance improvement based on data analysis.
5. Act as the subject matter expert on Adobe Target, overseeing the creation and execution of personalized experiences to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
6. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to web performance, recommending and implementing best practices.
7. Provide training and guidance to team members on analytics, testing, and optimization techniques, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise
1. Proven experience in web performance optimization, analytics, and testing.
2. In-depth knowledge of Adobe Platforms, particularly Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
4. Demonstrated success in implementing and managing A/B and multivariate testing programs.
5. Solid understanding of website architecture, performance metrics, and best practices for speed and responsiveness.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
