As Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the overall product strategy of our licensing & compliance product, from conceptualization through development to market launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful execution of our product vision and strategy.
- Product Strategy and Vision: Work with senior stakeholders and subject-matter experts to develop and communicate a clear and comprehensive product strategy aligned with our company's mission and goals.
- Define a compelling product vision
- Work with senior leadership to develop and communicate product vision, direction, and strategy to align with company missions and goals.
- Work with senior leadership to develop and maintain a product roadmap to guide product development efforts.
- Product Development and Execution: Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to develop and launch innovative solutions that address compliance challenges.
- Define and prioritize product features and user stories, ensuring that they meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Conduct regular product reviews and iterations to ensure products are on track and meet quality standards.
- Market Research and Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape in the field of gaming compliance.
- Use market insights to make data-driven decisions, identifying opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to create effective product go-to-market strategies, support customer acquisition, and drive product adoption.
- Communicate product updates, progress, and priorities to internal teams, stakeholders, customers, and company leadership.
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and issues.
- User-Centric Approach: Champion a user-centric product development process, ensuring that products meet the needs and expectations of our customers.
- Ensure customer education strategies are implemented within the product
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback to enhance product features and usability.
- Utilize data and analytics to make data-driven decisions, track product performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed to optimize product success.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure that product development complies with industry regulations and security standards.
- Promote the highest levels of data protection and cybersecurity within the product development process.
Who You Are
- 7+ years’ experience in product
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, technology, engineering, etc.). An MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with project management and product management software tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, etc).
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a successful track record in product development and management.
- Experience liaising with internal and external technical teams, with the ability to communicate and recommend solutions to fit the customer’s technical requirements.
- Strong customer experience orientation, providing exceptional customer-centric focus product in all interactions, including in-person and virtually.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to fit the needs of the audience. Strong presentation skills at all levels of leadership.
- Strategic & creative thinker with the ability to build go-to-market strategies
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability of addressing customer needs into the product roadmap
