Position Overview:

This position is responsible for overseeing the handling of customer parts sales orders and assisting with related processes of the Parts department.

Job Description:

  • Delegating parts duties

  • Parts orders and delivery

  • Scheduling (Vacation Coverage and OT)

  • NSC Management - Logbook and vehicle maintenance

  • Parts counter sales (support front counter sales is required)

  • On-Site Inventory Management - counting, ordering, stocking

  • Weekly inventory usage reporting to customer

Other functions may include but are not limited to:

  • NEP sourcing of CAT and non-CAT parts

  • Procurement of non-CAT parts

  • Managing backordered parts

Qualifications:

  • Journeyperson Parts Certification

  • Experience working with customers and ordering parts

  • Field experience

  • Team orientated with excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Caterpillar parts product knowledge and computer literacy, including familiarity with Infor\M3.

  • CAT System Knowledge - TMI, SIS, SIMSi, HIS

  • Valid Drivers License
