We are looking for a self-motivated IT Asset Coordinator who will work with employees and business leaders at various levels throughout the organization and will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties in a customer service focused environment.Job Description:
Major Job Functions
- Filing, processing E-Forms and expense reports
- Scheduling and preparing for meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations and minutes, booking meeting facilities and ordering catering
- Branch contact for all office equipment (fax machines/telephones/copiers, etc.), computer administration, and accounts payable
- Document, data, and office supply ordering
- Time-entry of time cards and other administrative support
- Filling in for reception when needed
Specific Skills & Experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Clear concise written, verbal, communication skills that are professional, timely and accurate
- Highly developed organizational and analytical skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities while maintaining a strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Minimum 1 year office experience in a Coordination role
- Proficient in all aspects of the MS Office applications with an emphasis in Excel, Outlook and Word
- Proven ability to work in a demanding work environment
