Position Overview:

We are looking for a self-motivated IT Asset Coordinator who will work with employees and business leaders at various levels throughout the organization and will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties in a customer service focused environment.

Job Description:

Major Job Functions

  • Filing, processing E-Forms and expense reports
  • Scheduling and preparing for meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations and minutes, booking meeting facilities and ordering catering
  • Branch contact for all office equipment (fax machines/telephones/copiers, etc.), computer administration, and accounts payable
  • Document, data, and office supply ordering
  • Time-entry of time cards and other administrative support
  • Filling in for reception when needed

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Clear concise written, verbal, communication skills that are professional, timely and accurate
  • Highly developed organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities while maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Minimum 1 year office experience in a Coordination role
  • Proficient in all aspects of the MS Office applications with an emphasis in Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Proven ability to work in a demanding work environment
