Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Technology Sales & Service Representative to join our SITECH Western Canada team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales growth, profitability, and account penetration within an assigned territory by effectively selling construction technology products such as Trimble grade and machine control systems. This is an outside sales position.

Job Description:

  • Accountable for the sales performance of the region, including the achievement of revenue and profit on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
  • Manage regional expense budgets on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
  • Achieve regional sales revenue targets.
  • Grow the sales territory assigned through new customer acquisition and deepening existing customer’s share of wallet.
  • Maintain strong customer relations and satisfaction; proactively and diligently work to ensure customer problems are resolved quickly.
  • Work diligently to achieve company objectives and goals.
  • Monitor and report strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the market, specifically with competitors.
  • Deliver regular and accurate forecasts to the Sales Manager and General Manager.
  • Collect information that aids in the development and improvement of products and services offering.


  • Education or experience in technical, civil engineering, surveying, or related business field is preferred but not required for this role.
  • Preferred experience is in selling/supporting construction equipment/survey/machine control technology operation.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience relating directly to the survey &/or the construction industry would be an asset.
