We are starting a new team composed of a mixture of veterans of EA/EA SPORTS and new talent from across industries. With some of the most valuable IP in the world, and the resources EA has to offer, we have access to the capabilities needed to deliver amazing new experiences for an expanded audience of players worldwide.
Reporting to the Executive Producer, the Line Producer will manage the producers on the team and help define and guide the execution of the project’s roadmap.
Your Responsibilities
- You'll partner with the talented development team to establish the roadmap of the project and ensure it is aligned with the broader goals of the FC franchise and EA
- You'll partner with Development Directors to manage the project schedule, milestones and sprint deliverables
- You'll navigate complex problems, identify dependencies, anticipate risks before they happen, and bring the right people together to collaborate as a team
- You'll partner with the Product, Analytics and Brand teams on qualitative and quantitative research
- You'll focus the team on the player experience, by maintaining a culture of playing the game together.
- You'll advocate for the professional development of your people and ensure that EA continues to employ the very best individuals
Your Qualifications
- An experienced Producer with 10+ years of experience in game production, including a demonstrated experience working on a major AAA project
- Experience with Live service games is a strong plus
- A love for working with a diverse group of people to accomplish something great as a team
- Experience with pioneering, and encouraging others to consider different perspectives
- A master of influence, helping others understand and become passionate about their work
- An accomplished mediator and resolver of conflicts
- Familiar with scrum and agile development concepts
- Experienced in using data and insights to inform planning
