We are looking for an Executive Producer for our NHL & UFC franchises. Knowledge of hockey and MMA with a genuine passion for the sports is a requirement. You will be the leader of these franchises focused on long term business and strategic roadmaps while working closely with the development teams to deliver high quality products. You will report to our EA Sports VP.
Responsibilities

You are the vision-holder for the business. You create the multi-year roadmap and strategy while motivating and empowering the talented development teams to bring their creative vision to life.

You foster a culture of analytically driven design while constantly driving toward improving KPIs.

Partner with essential team members (Lead Producer, Creative Director, Art Director, Audio Director, and Development Director) to create an organizational structure and processes that allow the team to efficiently produce high quality work on time and on budget.

You can passionately articulate goals and team principles to help form a stimulating and fun work environment and be the main point of contact for licensors.

Champion the professional development of your people and ensure that EA continues to employ the very best individuals.

Lead your team and beyond. You will be the spokesperson for your business around the company and outside EA.
Required Qualifications
-
Leadership experience in setting strategic direction.
-
5+ years' experience as a Senior or Executive Producer or VP of Development.

Experience leading teams of 100+ or development studios within the video game industry (within one location and globally).

Experience launching high-quality, AAA video games..

You understand the motivations of your player base and can assess innovation to deliver upon expectations

Comfortable with ownership and accountability of the franchise’s P&L
