Summary

We are hiring for a Development Manager for the Frostbite Operations Team reporting directly to the Director of Operations, to support the planning and managing of our operational activities. This exciting and dynamic role will partner with a wide array of team members across all of Frostbite and our partners.

The team mandate is to optimize delivery to partners through continuous development operations improvements as well as to drive business strategy and practices to maximize efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • You will identify opportunities for operation improvements and efficiencies

  • You will manage diverse operational projects across the organization

  • You will support and drive the implementation of best practices to help us reach operational excellence

  • You will navigate complex problems across multiple disciplines that consider process, analytics and technology

  • Work with the projects’ key drivers to establish the strategy and details to meet milestones and important deliverables

  • Ownership of assigned tactical operational efforts

Qualifications

  • 5+ year of operations and leadership experience

  • Experience in delivery of critical projects and operations needs

  • Track record and interest in handling multiple priorities and deliverables

  • Working knowledge of software development, tools, and processes.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to track, model and present information in engaging ways

  • Proficient change management skills with comfort around navigating uncertainty

  • Experience managing and driving alignment with wide variety of stakeholders

  • General familiarity with different management tools (e.g. Jira, Coda)

  • Familiarity of budgets and finance concepts

BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES

• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $77,600 - $130,500 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
