As a Senior Manager in Talent Development, you’ll focus on developing world-class, full spectrum people leaders by developing and delivering immersive, interactive experiences that develop the capabilities of our people leaders. You will partner with leaders and subject matter experts across EA to create engaged, customized experiences that speak to our people leaders and invest in their growth and development.

In this role, you will manage a portion of the implementation and sustainment of Leader League, our people leader development program, including content development, content delivery, customization of content for BU-specific needs, increase awareness of the Leader League programming across EA using data and anecdotes, and help develop follow-on learning activities and opportunities. You will not have direct reports or supervisory responsibilities. You will report to the Leader League Program Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation of Leader League content and strategy with our BUs. 
  • Ensure the program opportunities align with business strategy and EA culture.
  • Identify metrics and measures for ongoing awareness and implementation of the program. 
  • Manage relevant communication and change plans through a variety of channels.
  • Consistently improve participant experience (applying data from surveys, retrospectives, or industry trends).
  • Host and facilitate workshops for people leaders.
  • Provide ongoing support to participants.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in program management, leadership development,  talent development, or related professions.
  • Experience maintaining a program involving multiple business units or groups across an organization. 
  • Influence, partnership, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with team members at all levels in the organization.
  • Authentic; doesn't take oneself too seriously.

BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES

• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $114,050 - $171,750 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
