Associate Product Manager Intern (8 Month Contract)

The Role
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) Intern to join our team. As APM, you will support the execution of our product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, customer success, and sales. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management. You will be supporting the Product manager in the following responsibilities.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify user needs and market trends
- Monitor product performance and conduct analysis of customer feedback
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to define product requirements and ensure product features are implemented according to specifications
- Support the development of sales and customer support materials with product marketing, including training materials, user guides, and FAQs
- Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance agile methodologies to ensure a streamlined product development process
What We're Looking For:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (written & oral) and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Available to work full-time for at least 8 months (January to the end of August)

COVID-19 considerations
As of April 8, 2022, employers are no longer required to have a COVID-19 Safety Plan and must follow communicable disease guidance instead. Currently, team members come into the office twice per week.
