What does a Customer Success Specialist do?
This Customer Success Specialist will join the team as a strategic and supportive partner with a focus on the pre-sales and onboarding stages of the customer journey. They’re focused on kicking off relationships to ensure long-term client success by creating and presenting product samples, tracking success criteria in the discovery phase, while becoming an expert in Charli AI use cases.
- Support prospective clients and New Business Account Executives throughout the sales cycle via email and video calls
- Be the Customer Success representative on select accounts
- Design and develop proof of concept reports to validate the feasibility and functionality of proposed solutions in the sales process, ensuring they meet expectations
- Support report samples with video explanations to communicate the process of creating the result
- Work with marketing to share insight on use cases, sales collateral support, and webinar planning
- Understand customer knowledge gaps and continuously escalate feedback to the product team
- Experiment with the product to uncover out-of-the-box product solutions
- Consult with customers to create custom enterprise solutions with the support of the product teams
- Ensure smooth adoption of our products and services
- Supporting clients in their use of Charli AI via email and video calls, working alongside product and sales
- Identifying and suggesting enhancements to the product team
- Use data collection and analysis to improve the customer experience
The ideal candidate:
- Has experience in support, success or sales enablement role
- Has experience or understanding of Q/A testing
- Has domain knowledge on topics of interest in financial services
- Is comfortable using business software applications on web and mobile devices (ex: JIRA, Slack, Zendesk, MixPanel)
- Is skilled in developing relationships and communicating with people
- Is a strong collaborator and eager to learn
- Is comfortable in a one-to-one and group training environments
- Has strong project management and time management skills
- Understands the importance of ensuring buy-in and adoption when rolling out new training
- Will contribute to the collaborative and fun team environment at Charli AI
- Is comfortable contributing within pre-sales environments
