Motorola Solutions’ Video Security and Access Control (VS&A) group provides physical security solutions that are used by government and commercial customers around the world. From educational and healthcare to financial, retail, and government agencies, organizations depend on VS&A solutions for safety and security.

Motorola Solutions is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to help grow our cloud-native Avigilon Alta offering within the VS&A portfolio.
Avigilon Alta is Motorola’s end-to-end cloud security offering that helps customers protect and secure people, property and assets, while providing visibility and insight from anywhere.

What you’ll do
As a Product Marketer, you will work across Marketing and with Product Management and Sales to develop and deliver exceptional marketing for our Avigilon Alta solution. You will be tasked with driving strategy and go-to-market plans, bringing new products and features to market, and promoting cloud product and service offerings. Your focus will be on crafting messaging, creating marketing assets and sales enablement materials, and supporting campaigns for customers and partners.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Partner with Product Management to be the voice of the customer
Craft messaging and positioning that demonstrates the value of your solution and differentiates it in the market
Acquire deep customer knowledge through market research, customer interviews, and segmentation analysis
Conduct competitor and market research to better understand our differentiation, target customers, key industries, and buyer personas.
Create and execute go-to-market strategies to drive product awareness, adoption, and pipeline
Work with Integrated Marketing to develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness and drive demand for products and solutions
Develop internal and external facing content to enable Sales to effectively position and sell Avigilon Alta
Design and execute channel marketing strategy and collateral to drive adoption, including training, tool kits, and enablement materials
Own product and feature launches, including messaging and positioning, identifying target audiences, and creating content to support the launch, such as web pages, social media, collateral, presentations, and more
Bachelor’s degree, ideally in marketing, business or a related field
5+ years experience in Product Marketing, preferably in a business to business role. Experience working with a combined hardware/software cloud (SaaS) solution is a plus
